  1. Player A feeds the ball. Player B has to hit one volley than moving back and halfvolley than moving forwards and hit a volley after backwards and hit a halfvolley than moving forwards and hit a volley.
    Important - go underneed the ball and keep moving your feets always, for 5 min.

  2. Player B feeds the ball and A is playing the exercise

Play steadily – keep the rally going as long as possible!!
